Privacy Policy for the Bot YM | Yellow Music

1. Collected Information

The bot does not store or process personal data of users (name, email, IP address, etc.). The following data is temporarily saved for the service to work:

• IDs of Discord servers where the bot is used.
• IDs of text channels where commands are activated.
• Track queue, including titles, artists, and duration (data from Yandex Music).
• Volume settings for each server.

The data is stored in RAM and is deleted when:

• The bot is disconnected from the Discord server.
• The bot is rebooted.

2. Data Usage

The collected information is used exclusively for:

• Playing music in voice channels.
• Displaying and managing the track queue.
• Ensuring the operation of commands (e.g. maintaining the volume level).

The data is not transferred to third parties, except for:

• Yandex Music API — to obtain information about tracks.
• Discord API — for integration with the platform.

3. Logging

The bot keeps logs to diagnose errors and improve performance. Logs include:

• Technical information (e.g. playback errors).
• IDs of servers and channels where failures occurred.
• Names of requested tracks (not linked to users).

Logs are stored for up to 7 days and do not contain personal data.

4. Security

• Data is not encrypted, as it does not include sensitive information.
• Only bot developers have access to the data for technical support.

5. User Rights

You can:

• Delete the bot data by disconnecting it from your Discord server.
• Request information about stored data via from_russia_with_love.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The bot does not use cookies, local storage or other tracking methods.

7. Policy Changes

The policy may be updated. The current version will be available in the bot description.
