Terms of Service for the bot YM | Yellow Music

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this bot on Discord, you agree to these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the bot.

2. Description of the Service

The bot provides functionality for playing music through Discord using the Yandex Music API. The bot allows you to:

Search and play tracks, playlists, albums and artists.
Manage the playback queue.
Adjust the volume and get information about the current track.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Use the bot only for lawful purposes.
Do not violate copyright and related rights when using music.
Comply with the Discord Terms of Use and Yandex Music Terms.
Do not attempt to hack, decompile or modify the bot code.

4. Intellectual Property

All music content is provided through the Yandex Music API and belongs to the copyright holders. The bot does not store or distribute audio files.
The bot source code is the property of the developer. Any unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

The bot can store data necessary for operation: Discord server ID, queue settings, track history.
Data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided by law. - Using the bot implies agreement with the Discord Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not responsible for:
Content provided through Yandex Music.
Loss of data or interruption of the bot.
Copyright infringement by users.
The bot is provided "as is". The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Age Restrictions

Using the bot is permitted to persons who have reached the age allowed to use Discord in their country.

8. Termination of Access

The developer has the right to block access to the bot for any user or Discord server without warning in the event of:

Violation of these Terms.
Suspected fraud or abuse.

9. Change of terms

The terms may be changed at any time. The current version will be available via the link in the bot description. Your continued use of the bot after changes means acceptance of them.
